GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

- No purchase required.

- A maximum of 1 entry per Person for the entire duration of the contest.

- This contest is intended for participation by residents of Canada, ages 18 and over.

- Entrants must be physically located in Canada in any Province or Territory except for Quebec.

- Entrants will be automatically signed up to Dealliker.net and Couponliker.com monthly newsletter.

- Individuals employed by Deal Liker or Coupon Liker, its affiliate companies, subsidiaries, advertising and or promotion agencies (collectively "Contest Parties") at any time during the contest period, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible.

ENTRIES FOR THE DRAW

- For purposes of this contest A) a Person is defined as the owner of a valid and unique email address, B) a participant is defined as a Person who has entered the contest, C) a referred participant is a Person who has entered the contest after having been referred by another participant.

- For purposes of this contest, "receipt" of an entry occurs when Deal Liker’s servers or third party contracted services' servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant participating in/watching the Deal Liker webinar and inviting one friend to join them.

- For every friend that a participant invites (having a unique valid email address) and that accepts an invitation by registering to our contest by watching the webinar, the participant will get 1 additional entry to win the prize.

- For purposes of this contest, a valid entry is determined by watching the Deal Liker webinar and inviting at least 1 friend on or before April 30th, 2012 at 11:59pm. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted.

- All entries become the property of Deal Liker and will not be returned. All winners must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these rules in order to qualify for the prize. Deal Liker is not responsible for any failure of the website during the contest period, including any telephone problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at the website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material related to the contest, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the contest. Entries with invalid email addresses will be disqualified.

- By participating in this contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless contest Parties and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the contest or any prize related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or from any prize related activity. Deal Liker is not responsible for technical delay issues that may cause an expired contest to be printed on any advertising notification of the contest.

- All entries will be sent an email after allowing the webinar application.  Entries will be required to click the confirmation link in the email to verify the email is valid and belongs to the entrant - if you did not receive the email please check the following:

1) Check you junk or spam folder

2) Be sure to add info@dealliker.net to your safe senders list or address book.

3) Remove the Contest application from your facebook settings and re-register.

THE PRIZE

- There will be one prize awarded in this contest.

THE DRAW

- Odds of winning: The actual odds of winning will depend upon the actual number of entries received for this contest.

- Random drawing: There will be 1 winner randomly drawn. The winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on May 4th, 2012 at 4:00pm (subsequent draws may be needed if entrant does not claim his prize by the deadline specified), at Deal Liker located at 1933a 10^th Avenue SW #300., Calgary Alberta, T3C0K3

 Claiming Prize

- The winner will be contacted by email between May 4th, 2012 and May 11^th, 2012 to confirm their acceptance of the prize.

- In case the prize has not been claimed by the selected entrant before Friday, March 16, 2012 at 5:00pm,  Deal Liker will forfeit the winner's right to the prize.

- Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to 1) correctly answer the following skill testing question: (9 x 2) + (40/8) - 3 = ? and 2) complete, sign and return a release form confirming:

·         compliance with the contest rules;

·         acceptance of the prize as offered;

·         acknowledgement of the right of Deal Liker and their respective agents to publish the winner's picture, name and address, without compensation other than the prize offered

·         If applicant cannot claim prize in person at Deal Liker corporate head office, applicant will be required to provide signed and notarized copies of the above by mail to Deal Liker at 1933a 10^th Avenue SW #300., Calgary Alberta, T3C0K3, accompanied with a photo and notarized identity verification form;

 MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS

- If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Deal Liker, Deal Liker reserves the right, at its sole discretion, and as permitted by law to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and select winners from among all eligible entries prior to the cancellation. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this contest, or whom Deal Liker believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Deal Liker reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors.

- By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these General Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Deal Liker, which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this contest. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that they have complied with all of the conditions contained in the General Rules and Regulations.

- By participating in this contest, entrants agree to dealliker.net and couponliker.com terms of use and privacy policies as it pertains to the use of their personal information for direct marketing purposes.

- This contest is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Facebook.

APPLICABLE LAW

- The contest is governed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta and the laws of Canada. All disputes in connection with the site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Alberta.
